We are thrilled with all God did through the Caring People in 2007. Because of your support, we were able to launch four new Care Groups in the Springfield/Branson area and begin ministry to Single Moms in El Salvador. Last year was a banner year … and we believe the best is yet to come!
With your help, each week we are able to show Single Moms the unconditional acceptance and friendship of Jesus through Care Groups. This is why they want to meet Jesus. Once Single Moms know the love of Jesus, they want to share it with their children!
One Single Mom who attends the James River Care Group has been faithfully praying for her 18 year-old son to commit his life to Jesus … and in December, he did! Praise God!
You are helping us accomplish mighty things! In January 2008, we trained 29 new women to reach out to more Single Moms! We plan to start six new Care Groups in six different cities in the coming weeks! This is so exciting, and it is only possible because of your prayers and your support! Thank you!
One of our trainees last month, Deborah, is a Single Mom who was part of the South Haven Care Group. Deborah is now leading the effort to start a Care Group on campus at Missouri State University! This is exactly our goal … to reach out to Single Moms so they can reach out to others!
